The price to hire Music
That Moves You for a school dance or private party is all inclusive, there
are no
hidden charges for appointments or for purchasing music for
your event.

The current rate is $100.00
per hour with a minimum reservation of 4 hours. It is suggested that you
reserve 6 hours if you need 6 hours. Additional time that is added on the
day of the event and is not in the
contract is at a rate $125.00 per hour.

If your event falls on a
holiday such as New Years or St. Patrick's Day the charge is at 1.5 times the
normal hourly rate.

If you are over 30 miles
from the Rutland area then an additional travel charge will be added to the
contracted time.

Through the use of this
site and the ability for customers to log into their own personal planner
almost all events can be planned online and does not require a sit down
meeting. If you feel a need to sit down and discuss your event, an
appointment can be scheduled to do so.

Any changes are typically
handled by telephone or e-mail and a second appointment is not usually
necessary.

Every effort is made to
handle your event the way you want it done.

The usual attire for these
types of events would be a polo shirt or button up shirt with the company logo with dress pants.
